*When will my shipment arrive?
That depends. If it is a in stock item it will ship within 3-4 business days.
If it is a pre-order item it will be a bit longer. If it is a US supplier (which will be noted on the listing) it will usually be within 2 weeks. If it is an overseas vendor it is usually 3-4 weeks to me. Some items can take longer. I allow up to 8 weeks shipping when coming from an overseas vendor. Then 3-4 business days to ship to you.
*Can I get a refund for a pre-order item?
No. After you have ordered and paid for pre-order items there are no refunds given. The only time a refund will be issued on a pre-order item is if I have not received the item within the 8 week period.
*Do you have an IRL (in real life) picture of this item?
Most often, no if the item is not in stock. If I do, it will be in the listing.
*Why don't you accept refunds?
I'm not a retail store and do not have a boutique in which to display merchandise. We are all buying at our own risk and if you do not want to risk it, please do not buy. Unless a product is damaged or the incorrect product was sent, there will be no refunds. All sales are final unless I receive a refund from my supplier for incorrect or damaged merchandise.
*Can I cancel my order?
After payment has been made you can not cancel your order.
*Do you have an IRL (in real life) picture of this item?
Most often, no if the item is not in stock. If I do, it will be in the listing.
